Meetings

Zoning meetings are held monthly for the Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.

**Temporary Permit Application Process**

In light of the current situation concerning COVID-19, the Zoning Department will be temporarily changing the process through which permit applications are accepted and processed. These measures are being taken to limit our staff’s potential exposure to COVID-19, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. The changes to our process are as follows:

  • We ask any residents whose permits are not needed urgently to wait to file permits until the state and federal governments indicate that social distancing measures begin to lift. Our office will issue updates as the situation changes.
  • If your permit is urgent (meaning, needed within the next 5 business days) then please download an application here (http://beavercreektownship.org/154/Applications-Procedures) and email the completed application to zoning@beavercreektownship.org along with a scanned image of a check in the correct amount. We are unable to process applications without this image.
