The Beavercreek Township Cemetery, located at 1980 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek Township, is maintained and operated as a non-profit, in-ground interment facility.
The cemetery is a non-sectarian and is closed sundown to sunup. The cemetery is responsible only for markers and items installed to Township specifications and approval per Ohio Revised Code.
