Traffic Advisory- Resurfacing/Rehabilitation on 675

Weekly Construction Update:
Through the week ending May 23, 2020: The following traffic advisory includes restrictions on the state highway system in Greene County. All work will be contingent upon the weather. For construction information and statewide information regarding road conditions, visit ODOT on the web at
I-675 Bridge Rehabilitation and Resurfacing Single and double-lane restrictions will be in effect in either direction between the Montgomery County line and North Fairfield Road. Restrictions will also be in effect on overpasses and at interchanges within the construction zone for bridge repair. The entire project is scheduled for completion in Summer 2022.

C.R. 36 (Indian Ripple Road) Bridge Work - Lane restrictions over I-675, between Woodcroft Drive and the Greene Towne Center. Traffic is being maintained in one lane in each direction. The lane restrictions are anticipated to be in effect through late Spring 2020.
U.S. 35/I-675 Interchange Rehabilitation - Closure of the ramp from eastbound U.S. 35 to southbound I-675. Traffic will be detoured by way of Research Boulevard and North Fairfield Road. The closure will be in effect through early October 2020.
Just prior to the eastbound ramp closure, though, the westbound U.S. 35 ramp to southbound I-675 will be closed temporarily for crews to place pavement markings and establish the traffic configuration that will be in place while the eastbound ramp is closed. This short-term closure is scheduled to be in effect May 27, as well, and traffic will be detoured via Col. Glenn Highway.

U.S. 35 Superstreet - Various restrictions between Factory Road and Orchard Lane for construction of an RCUT-style Superstreet. Traffic on U.S. 35 will be maintained in a minimum of one lane in each direction. Intersecting streets will be affected at various intervals during construction. The project is scheduled to be completed in Summer 2021.
